BVEC HOSTS AUGUST EXECUTIVE BUSINESS ROUNDTABLE
In August’s Executive Roundtable, held at the City Club of Washington, we focused on enhancing healthcare outcomes for Veterans and their communities. Our special guest was our very own VP of Innovation, Lavencion “Vince” Starks (retired USN Captain)! Systemic change means more than treating symptoms — it’s about fundamentally transforming the underlying structures, relationships, policies, and mindsets that shape a system. It addresses root causes to create lasting, meaningful impact that benefits the entire community.
